Commercial Process Serving, Inc., was founded and incorporated on January 21, 1993 by Salvador and Sheila Pujol. Having worked in the attorney service industry in downtown Los Angeles since 1968, Sal and Sheila boldly moved to Ventura County for an exciting new opportunity in business ownership along the cooler California coast. After more than a decade of successful entrepreneurship and becoming a living testament of the American dream, Sal and Sheila opted for retirement to their homeland of Costa Rica. They handed operational control to their sons and continued with the family business tradition. With fresh and innovative ideas, they further developed operations, invested into technology and expanded services into Santa Barbara County. Since then, CPS has become an industry leader, and a reputable and reliable platform in the professional legal community.
