Commercial Process Serving, Inc. was established as a California corporation on January 21, 1993 by Salvador and Sheila Pujol after 25 years of legal industry experience. After having worked since 1968 for the largest attorney service corporation in Los Angeles, they decided it was time for their own outfit. They decided to move to beautiful Ventura County for the opportunity.
Commercial Process Serving, Inc. was and continues to be a family owned and operated
business. In 2003, after 10 years of entrepreneurship, and 35 years of total legal industry experience, Salvador and Sheila Pujol retired to their home country of Costa Rica. Upon retirement, they handed over operations to their four sons: Jean Pierre, Kristian, Esteban, and Sal Jr. Pujol. With new and innovative ideas, CPS has steadily grown in size and clientele and has built quite the arsenal with extensive investments in technologically advanced equipment and continued education. Commercial Process Serving, Inc. has now become the premiere litigation support firm in Ventura County.
As a family oriented business, we have had the opportunity to “grow up” in the industry, establish solid affiliations, attain advanced college degrees, and give back to industry associations and community organizations. We are members firm of both CAPPS, California Association of Photocopiers & Process Servers, and NAPPS, National Association of Professional Process Servers, Ventura Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, Ventura County Paralegals Association, and the Ventura County Bar Association. Our corporate philanthropy consists of donating to the Ventura County Food Share program, the Union Rescue Mission, and supporting two local girl’s softball teams.
